The Chaoyue C-EUT5000 series covers a full-range test force specification from 50kN to 1000kN, which can meet the testing needs from small components to large structural parts. The equipment supports optional accuracy classes of 0.3 and 0.5. The test force measurement range can cover 0.4%-100% of full scale (for class 0.3) or 0.2%-100% of full scale (for class 0.5). The indication errors of test force, displacement and deformation are all controlled within ±0.3% or ±0.5%, and the displacement resolution can reach 0.02μm, which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of test data from the hardware level.
In terms of control dimension, the C-EUT5000 series supports three closed-loop control modes: stress, strain and displacement. The displacement control rate covers the speed regulation range of 0.001~2000mm/min, which can flexibly adapt to the test rate requirements under different standards. For the host configuration, the equipment provides optional single/double test space. The test width can be customized between 620mm and 700mm according to requirements, and the maximum test stroke can reach 1300mm, which is compatible with the testing of large-size samples. At the same time, the equipment is fully compatible with mainstream test standards such as GB, ISO, ASTM, DIN and JIS, and can automatically obtain mechanical parameters such as maximum test force, elastic modulus, yield strength, extension strength, tensile and compressive strength, various elongation stresses and elongation, greatly improving the detection efficiency.


Secondly, deformation measurement accessories: for small deformation materials such as metals, electronic extensometer can be configured to further improve the deformation measurement accuracy; for large elongation materials such as rubber and plastics, large deformation extensometer can be configured to complete the accurate measurement of large deformation process. The flexible configuration of these accessories allows the equipment to quickly adapt to different test scenarios and realize multi-purpose in one machine.

At present, the Chaoyue C-EUT5000 series electronic universal testing machine has been successfully deployed in the Material Mechanics Laboratory of Zhengzhou University in Henan.
