This impact testing machine is used to test the specimen
's impact resistance under dynamic loading,satisfied
with impact absorbing energy test, pendulum raising
angle test, energy loss and continuous impact
frequency test.

1. The main frame and the base are integrated design

and casting processing, the column is symmetrical before and after, and the pendulum shaft is support-

ed by a simple beam. With high stability,good rigidity, simple and reliable structure;

2.Circular pendulum design, wind resistance is minimized. The impact knife adopts screw fastening wedge block to press and install, easy to replace;

3.The hanging device adopts hydraulic buffer design to avoid the impact and possible damage to the equipment during the hanging,

effectively reduce the noise during the hanging, extend the service life of the equipment and improve safety;

4.Using standard double-stage reducer transmission, simple structure, easy assembly and maintenance, long service life, low failure rate;

5. With the sample recovery device, the waste sample can be taken out of the testing machine after the impact, which not only

improves the work efficiency, but also improves the operation safety;

6. The pendulum won't release without the electronic security door closed, which can effectively protect the personal safety;

7. The equipment adopts PLC to design the control system. High precision rotary encoder is used to obtain the real time position of the

pendulum. The system has strong anti-interference ability, reliable, stable, accurate data and so on.
