possible to accurately obtain test data such as torsional elastic modulus (shear modulus) and non proportional stress.
Features:
1. An independent electronic measurement and control system can also be used for computer control, collection, analysis, and
processing of experimental data. The experimental data and curves are dynamically displayed during the experimental process.
The automatic processing and display of experimental data are completed by a microcomputer, which draws torque torsion
angle and torque time curves, connects to a printer, and prints out test reports that comply with national standards such as test
date, number, material, and torsional strength. It has functions such as automatic tracking and measurement of torsional force
and torsion angle, indication of loading speed, and peak retention; Can be loaded back and forth in both forward and reverse
directions, and draw a torsional hysteresis curve;
2. Open data connection interface, which can achieve closed-loop control of torque, rotation angle, torsion angle, etc; It can be
controlled in a multi-step manner, and there is no impact conversion between the three methods during the experiment, with
the function of maintaining the load;
3.Adopting high-precision torque sensors and imported high-precision photoelectric encoders, achieving high resolution;
4.The transmission loading system is controlled by the Japanese Panasonic servo system and uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer,
ensuring a smooth and reliable power transmission system;
5. Adopting a horizontal steel structure and a freely movable worktable, it can be used for samples of various lengths.
